Forever Faithful Pet Cremation

I did not to business with this company directly. My animal I’m assuming was sent from Wilson’s Veterinary Hospital to this company. They were quick, getting back to me the next day to schedule the delivery. The dispatcher was able to work with me on a timeframe that I was going to be home. The delivery driver made sure to have me double check that I had everything and extend his condolences to us. The clay came out perfect! It’s truly comforting having Gordon back home. Every person I spoke to from your company was very friendly and supportive!

We had our cat cremated on Friday and,got her ashes back today. Her ashes were packaged carefully in the urn. Which is a nice one as well, we chose the paw imprint in the heart shape.The staff are very compassionate and helpful during a sad and difficult time as well. Highly recommend and,will go through again in the future for our other animals. Thank you for everything that you do.

We experienced the most peaceful passing last night. I went with my sister and niece for support with their 19 year old kitty Helmet. They handled everything so beautifully and calmly which was very important to us as it was my niece’s first loss and major heartbreak in life. Thank you so much to the staff for your care and kindness. They went out of their way to help us late at night. Also it’s hard to think about $ when going through this, but having done it twice now I knew what to expect and was able to step in to help my sister… going this route is so much more affordable and the cremation is private, they also give you a beautiful wooden box for the ashes, a clay paw print, and a lock of hair. I know it’s not an easy job but it means more than you know 🤍

This place is so compassionate. This is the second member of my family that I have brought in to this place in my years. They treated my lived ones with heart felt intension. Very professional and caring. I highly recommend the establishment. Thank you

I would like to give this wonderful and compassionate place 100 stars if I could. We had unfortunately lost our 1 and a half year old Berniedoodle Greta. We didn’t know who to turn to at 10:30 pm on a Friday. I googled cremation for pets and Forever Faithful came up. We called at 10:30pm and the owner answered and told us to meet at there location off of Jefferson and M59. Across from selfridge air base. They were extremely understanding and provided us with amazing service. Greta was cremated and placed into an urn and we also had a beautiful clay paw print. It’s so tough losing a fur baby and it’s going to be a long road of grieving, but Forever Faithful made it a lot less stressful.

This place was convenient and affordable. $150 to get a 9 dog ceremated. How ever the experience is why I have it 2 stars. I felt unimportant and just a dollar sign at such a depressing time.

I highly recommend Forever Faithful Pet Cremation, this is a family run business, they understood what I was going through and made this difficult process very easy. Everything is taken care of right on site. You receive an urn, clay paw print, she offered to add in a piece of her fur and I also asked for extra paw print on paper. Everything was taken care of properly and quickly. Very accommodating, generous and kind. Forever grateful!
