Best Friends Pet Passings + Cremations

Losing our sweet English Bulldog, Snow White, after more than 13 years was very hard on our daughter and our family. Her passing was completely unexpected, and our hearts were broken. From the moment we entrusted Snow White to Best Friends Pet Passings & Cremations, we knew she was in compassionate and caring hands. They treated her with such dignity, respect, and kindness. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our beloved girl.

1st of all I wanna thank Best Friends Pet Passings for everything! I had to put my fur baby down after 16 wonderful years... I felt terrible leaving her alone after her passing but this place made everything much more easier. Everyone was so nice and welcoming they all gave me their condolences and put us in a private room to say our final goodbyes. Paulette was amazing I love how she offered me to write a letter to my baby to be put with her in the cremation chamber. She was always in communication with me and everything was really fast! I got a custom urn for my baby so it was gonna take longer to come in. Paulette offered me a temporary urn if I wanted to bring her home sooner which I thought was awesome! I highly recommend this place! My fur baby wasn't just a dog she was family, and this place handled her with so much care. Once again thank you Best Friends Passings for caring for my Cindy.

Sarah and Ashley at Best Friends were extremely kind and considerate and helpful taking care of our floofy boy Shadow after he passed. I can't thank them enough! Thank you everyone at Best Friends!! ((( hugs )))

I want to thank Melissa and all at Best Friends. We were treated with the utmost compassion and professionalism. Melissa explained everything and verified all our requests. Her communication on next steps and timing were amazing. During the biggest heartbreak Melissa made it all just a little easier to trust that our dog Baby would be cared for one last time.

I can't say enough about our experience at best friends. Everyone was just so kind, compassionate and comforting. Our consultant Sarah was wonderful giving us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved cat Simba in a loving caring and peaceful space. It truly felt like she understood our grief and offered caring and compassionate words of support. Even when we picked him up the consultant we spoke to gave us all the time we needed to remember the family member he was. Highly recommend best friends as a place to say goodbye to your cherished pet and family member.

My family and I were treated with the utmost compassion and care at Best Friends when my pup tragically and suddenly passed. I came into town late and needed to make arrangements overnight- I was able to call and leave a message and they got back to me first thing in the morning and I was able to bring my pup in. Aubrey greeted us and was so kind, gentle, and truly compassionate- she went above and beyond in ensuring everything was in order and more for my pup - including the beautiful memorabilia. I appreciate being allowed time in a private room, without being rushed, to say our final goodbyes. I was incredibly touched by the balance between professionalism and compassionate service given at Best Friends.
