Pet Angel Memorial Center

Our Blue passed away while we were out of town. Pet Angel Memorial Center worked seamlessly with VEG to bring our boy, Blue, home to us. They handled his remains with amazing care and provided us with a beautiful engraved ash box. What touched us most were the clay paw prints. Because VEG had done ink prints the night he passed, we could actually see the faint ink residue transferred into the clay prints made by Pet Angel. While it might sound like a small detail, it was a huge comfort to us—it was the evidence we needed to know that they truly had our Blue and were treating him with the individual care he deserved. The personalization was perfect. With gratitude, thank you!

Thank you for taking special care of my sweet girl. 8 years of love & you all made her love feel carried on. Death is never easy, but I am comforted by the loving care you provided to her vessel after her death. Thank you! ❤️

I wasn’t sure what cremation service my vet was using when I made the difficult decision to put my dog down, but I’m so pleased with their Pet Angel Memorial service. Their service was prompt, heartfelt, and professional. It’s evident they take special care in their services.

Ok so I called Crevasse last week when my sweet sweet boy Sammy passed away unexpectedly (our kitty). I was very upset when I called & whomever answered the phone was RUDE. I asked her about a private cremation & the process since I haven't been there before. She seemed like she was annoyed with me &/or with my questions. I was crying & I apologized for crying. She didn't say it was ok but rather remained silent. It was totally awkward, uncomfortable & very cold. Then as if reading from a script she explained the process. It was cold & VERY scripted & again, I felt as though I was bothering her. I said"do you do the paw prints?" she sighed & said "yeah its 35.00 extra". Ok, I had enough. I hung up, called Pet Angel & had Ann, someone with COMPASSION answer & talk to me. I should have called here 1st. I was here years ago when it was Paw Prints & was treated wonderfully then too. I dealt with Ann & she was kind & compassionate. Sammy's passing was unexpected & utterly brutal and devastating. Im still crying. If you unfortunately lost a furr baby, dont look anywhere else. Come here. Trust me, this is the place you need to go. Thank you Ann & Pet Angel. 🩷

This is one of those places you don’t think about until you need them. I am so grateful for Anne and her team - they handled every facet of our sweet Brodie’s departure with unending empathy and gave her the utmost dignity. Then again with our sweet Addie a few months later. Pet Angels has perfected this process to be seamless and streamlined to give us the solace to grieve in peace. Anne remembered every single detail and truly went above and beyond for us. Thank you again for EVERYTHING❤️

I cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about Pet Angel ❤️. Yesterday morning I had to rush my great Dane to the er where we were told he had cancer and required immediate euthanasia 💔😭. We are from the Daytona beach area and wanted a witness cremation, which nobody does in Daytona. Im SO glad we came here. The people who work here are some of the kindest people ive ever met. They were so gentle with my guy 💔😭. Ill never go anywhere else. Thank you guys 😭😭😭😭

I have to say that for it being our first time having to make the difficult decision of putting out precious Kitty to rest. It gives me so much comfort and peace for some reason because Paw Prints were so compassionate and empathetic for our loss. Not only was the urn perfect but the little additional touches made it so much more comforting. The poem, sympathy card, wildflower seeds but what mostly touched my heart and had me in tears was the print of his paw and his snout. It’s like he made sure he sent us a kiss before he crossed the rainbow because we were always giving him lots of kisses. 😔 😢 This really touched my heart and I am grateful for it.
