Wildwood pet cremation

Our beloved dog, Merlin died at home after a brief illness. We have a crematorium for pets on our side of town but I had heard that they were bought out by a big corporation and things were not the same. I called Wildwood and they came within a couple hours. They had the capacity to handle a large dog. They do individual cremation. The caring and compassion they showed to Merlin (and us) was exceptional and we knew we had made the right decision. Yesterday, his ashes and this beautiful remembrance were returned to us in the most respectful manner and the most beautiful presentation. This is God's work that they do and I will be forever grateful.

Sadly I recently lost one of our family cats early on a Sunday morning. I hadn’t prepared myself for who to call or where to take her. I found Wildwood on a google search and am soooo happy I picked them. Not only did they answer my call at 7:30am on a Sunday but were able to meet me at the office within the hour so I could bring my cat to them for cremation. I had her ashes and a sweet little paw print and hair clipping back within a week and a half. Thank you for making a hard time easier for me! They were so great and if you do have to experience a loss their team is who I would call. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team for their compassion, empathy, and respect during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, they treated us with genuine humanity and care, which made an incredibly painful process feel a little more manageable. They took the time to explain every step with patience and clarity, ensuring we always felt supported and informed. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference for our family. Thank you for being such a great support and for helping us navigate this moment with dignity and peace. It will never be forgotten. Sincerely Luna’s family 🖤

Wildwood is the most caring and compassionate pet cremation place there is. It's not a huge corporate where your pets are just a number, they truly care. My 29 year old Tegu (a large lizard) passed and they showed complete empathy and sympathy for my pet, even though it wasn't a typical pet. She even got a clay paw print with her name and everything was perfect. Thank you for everything

first want to say thank you to Wildwood for not only being professional, but extremely empathetic to this difficult situation my family had to go through with losing our pet labrador Layla who was15 years old. Just like most pet owners, we wish we could’ve had more time with her, but in the end, she passed away in mine and my wife’s arms at home naturally. When I contacted them first thing in the morning, which they open at 6 AM a lot of other similar businesses don’t open till seven or eight. Rebecca answered the phone and expressed her condolences and just asked a few simple questions about Layla and once those were answered, she explained the process from start to finish how the pick up will work what the charges are and how soon they could pick up Layla, which in my opinion was extremely fast within an hour and a half two women showed up at our doorstep. One was Natalie and I can’t remember the others name or I didn’t catch it, but both were extremely soft spoken and treated our baby with kindness and compassion. Natalie explained the process once more to me and let us know that they assign a tag that follows your pet throughout the entire cremation process to ensure that there is no mixups, but what I liked about Wildwood is that they only offer private cremations versus communal and to be honest whether you do either or it’s what fits your budget, but we looked at other places prices for private cremations, and they were much more expensive easily by a couple hundred dollars compared to Wildwood so what I liked about them is that they were extremely affordable and the only additional fee they tacked on was for the pick up fee to come pick up your pet if they did pass at home, other than that the price they quote you again is dependent pretty much on your pets weight and includes them delivering your fur baby’s ashes back to you in person in wooden box . As well as a little memento that they give you with your pets paw print in black ink and then a piece of their fur in a picture frame This is not something that any pet owner wants to have to go through when the time comes, but Wildwood made it less of a blow to our family’s hearts Because of the outstanding service that they gave us for this kind of situation. 10/10 I will be recommending to family and friends moving forward
