American Pet Crestions went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with our beloved golden doodle crossing over the rainbow bridge. We are forever grateful for American Pet Crestions . I highly recommend them!
The prices are reasonable, the staff is kind and treated my deceased pet with respect, and they did not attempt to upsell me when I told them I wanted the basic urn. (That means you will not be put under pressure when you're already having a difficult time, which was really important to me.) They simply let me know I could always purchase a different urn at a later date if I changed my mind, and that was it. If you are in the unfortunate position of needing these services, I would absolutely recommend American Pet Cremation Services.
Bad customer service. Email had mistakes that made it illegible. When I tried to reply with what I understood from the email, the reply was "Ok.. So you do not need our services?" when my previous message clearly stated that my cat had passed. Visited their location, they are not even open.
Through this sad time of losing a loved one, they treated the whole situation with care and respect. When another unfortunate loss happens in the future, I will be coming back here for their services again.
