Amazing service provided by Jo! My cat was picked up on Friday morning and was dropped of 2 days later. I was provided with a beautiful urn. Jo was very patient with me and super sympathetic with me during my time of loss! I highly recommend this business to all!

Respectful people to deal with in a bad time. They promptly responded to My cremation needs the same day. I decided to get the ashes and they were delivered within the week in a nice box with my cats name on the outside. I have used this business before and would recommend it happily.

Last year, one of my dogs passed away. This year my second dog also left me. They both were very old but had lived a good lives. I’ve used this service for both dogs. The price is affordable. The day Mr. Big Stuff my beloved pond/goldfish passed I found a 24/7 company called "Pet Cremation" located on 2401 Avenue U and arranged for them to come and pick up Mr. Big Stuff for cremation They came within a few hours to pick him up on the same day that he passed, and amazingly they were able to return him back home to me in less than 24 hours in a nice wooden urn with his name engraved on a golden plaque . Their service is amazing they pick up and drop off your beloved pet and the staff is very empathetic. I’m happy to have him back home already🤗, but you know ….. still missing him🥺😢😭. Thank you for such an amazing service during our time of grief 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼.

I was very pleased with Pet cremation for all pets and the care they took in handling my cat Snowball. Jo was always available to answer any questions you had and made you feel at ease. When it was time for Snowball's remains to be returned home Jo called to make sure I would be home. After my pet was returned to me, Jo text and or called to be sure her remains were received.
