I ended up using them when my little Izabella passed. It was a tough time trying to find someone that can handle our wishes for her. This place went above and beyond and we could not be happier.
It's strange not hearing her nails on the floor, but knowing she was handled with care helped me breathe again.
Can someone believe that they me for charging me $1,050 to cremate and give him the ashes of a ginea pig of less than 2 pounds?? They tell me that there is only pickup service, there is no option that I will personally leave my Ginea Pig.. He went to another place that they attended 24 hours and they charged me $374 and they even gave me options to choose a box for the ashes and in 3 days I have more ashes in my house
