I am immensely grateful to the entire Castro Valley team as they have been a true comfort throughout this extraordinary time of grieving and the journey forward. I have been given great resources throughout my connection with the Neptune Society. I never felt alone or confused. I was so impressed with Dayna from the Neptune Society how she was so caring and considerate and explained things to me 🙏definitely so much appreciated in this time of grief with losing my father. During such a difficult time with the loss of my beautiful mother, Shawna was a great comfort. She was kind, compassionate, and walked me gently through every step. Shawna called me, keep me informed, and handled everything professionally while speaking with love and a warm heart. I will forever be grateful for making this devastating situation easier to handle. Neptune Society in Castro Valley is compassionate, supportive and professional. The service is especially exceptional while one is navigating the most challenging moment of your life. In 2021, my mom and I worked with Neptune when my father passed away and in 2026 I returned to Neptune when my mom passed away. The Neptune Society staff made it very easy to sign both my wife and me for their services. There was no pressure or up-sell. I was doing this as my wife was a few months from end of life, and I was treated so gently and respectfully. When Judy breathed her last just after midnight, their staff came promptly, gave our kids and i time with her, and took her gently into the night. The Neptune Castro Valley staff kept me updated on all the following steps and promptly got us the death certificates and Judy's cremains in the same gently manner. I can highly recommend the Neptune Society for your final arrangements, and that you take care of that well before you need them.
