Smart Cremation

I can't express enough gratitude that my father-in-law purchased Smart Cremation before he passed, or offer enough praise to the staff for going above and beyond to help us. He lived 4 states away in Florida with no family close, and his passing was sudden with no advance warning. They handled absolutely everything for us, including notifying social security and expediting the death certificate so we could handle his affairs the week we were there in Fla. His remains arrived to our home, just days after we returned to Ohio. If I could give you ten starts I would. We've encouraged every family member to purchase the Smart Cremation service.

Bait and switch. "No pressure"! Ice tea alone for 2 hrs of lecture. He was a pro in Bic Raton. Last minute pressure tactic can save over $1000 if you sign up this minute. I had no CC or check with me and I had to take food to go to pick up kids. After 2 hrs expecting lunch, I do not trust them based on this experience. I would need my lawyer anyway to review contract even though they claim full lifetime 100% money back guarantee. I know in FL I have 3 days but can’t get to my lawyer I shirt notice to find out if 100% money back anytime is real. Hard pressure tactics. My first look into plans . Lecturers bashed companies and said this co was including everything but $15 death certificate

Casey was so supportive when my Mom transitioned. She followed up on every detail and was always sympathetic, professional and helpful. I really appreciated her during this time.

My experience with Casey Whatley of Smart Cremation was very good, she went over all details with me and followed thru even when being out of the office for a period of time , I was very satisfied

They refuse to tell me how they obtained my personal information which means they got it from the dark web. Do not trust any business that is involved in the dark web.

Absolutely disgusting to be sending cremation mailers to private homes - company sent it to a family member battling cancer and put them in a severe state of distress for days. Clearly targeting mailing lists consisting of elderly and those battling illness which is predatory and unethical. As is AARP for selling customer information to begin with. Trash business with trash values - also offering barbecue luncheons to discuss someone’s corpse getting barbecued is seriously low brow marketing.

My parents made a good choice selecting Smart Cremation. My father passed away August 27th, 2025. I became his Kin since my parents weren't married. Samuel who was helping me, kept great communication with me and guided me through the steps with the forms. I appreciate his help and Smart Cremation taking care of my father's ashes. I definitely recommend Smart Cremation, to anyone who's planning to get cremated. Affordable, also.
