Serenity Pets

During the difficult time of losing our pup of 12years Daisy. Serenity Pets was there to help us . Dave was very kind and respectful. Daisy passed away on Saturday we called Serenity Pets and being we lived close by they meet us there. We were kept well informed of the progress the options available and pricing. We picked her up on Thursday. The urn that was provided and the option for the paw print I am well pleased with. When the time comes again we will definitely use them again.

We lost our sweet boy Tequila whom we had for 18 years. Losing him was one the hardest things my family and I had to go through, but Dave made it a little easier. Dave answered immediately and provided so much sympathy and understanding. He gave us an appointment same day, and worked around our schedule. He was very good at communicating and kind. Went through everything with us and was super respectful. Dave has so much compassion, and even made sure to give us Tequila's blanket back. Additionally, the package deal was also very affordable. I will say the location seems confusing at first, but Dave made it easy to find. Overall, his compassion and kindness made this tough moment for us a bit more special.

Dave was very wonderful. He was very informative and helpful when my sweet Maxwell passed away. Would absolutely recommend.

Losing a pet is such a difficult time and Dave helped make this process so much easier. Dave is so kind, thoughtful and professional. He took such great care of our cat on his final journey. You can tell Dave really care about his work and treats your animal as if it was his own. It was so comforting to know someone like Dave was taking care of our cat’s remains. It helped us during this difficult time to know that we would really be getting back our own cat’s remains and not having to worry about that. The box is beautiful and sturdy. The paw print is beautiful and such a sweet touch. So grateful for Dave and all his help.

On Thursday 5/14 , I lost my first baby and although it was extremely bittersweet, Dave was amazing!!! The process was easy and the care he took in such a fragile situation was great. My family and I appreciate it. Thank you for all you’ve done. 🐶🐾💕

I tragically lost one of my pet goats and have been planning a wedding, bday party, gender reveal and so much more. Needless to say, money has been tight! Dave was VERY accommodating with my needs and struggles and helped me get Tux back so he is at home safely! Thank you so much Dave! I can never thank you enough!

Dave was so professional and kind throughout this entire process. The passing of my beloved Maui was so sad for my family and I. Dave did an amazing job ensuring we represented Maui in such a beautiful, honoring way. I now have two beautiful footprints of my beloved Maui and his ashes inside a beautiful wooden urn.
