Highly recommend Paws in Heaven. Super satisfied with the overall service. My Baby girl was promptly picked up the day she passed away. The urn is beautiful with the engraving on the lid. Especially love the paw prints and vial of clippings of Baby's fur. 💜🐾🐾💜

Paws in Heaven was wonderful during a very hard time. From them picking up my Mía to bringing her back to me, they were wonderful and thoughtful. They were the first business I called so glad I did. Paws In Heaven is a wonderful service! It was very difficult for me after my 17 year old dog passed away, but Paws In Heaven made things easier for me. They picked her up quickly and they delivered her ashes back to me. They included a beautiful paw print and fur clippings. I am very grateful for everything they did!

Spoke to them on a Saturday. I told them my pet is likely to pass that weekend and inquired about services and hours. My baby passed Saturday and I showed up on Monday morning at 10am, no answer and door locked. Called and called no answer. Had to drive way out of my way to find an alternative Business. Wasted time, and gas. Great service guys.

Losing Duke was one of the hardest days for my family, but Paws Heaven made that painful moment a little lighter. They were incredibly compassionate and professional, treating Duke with so much love and respect. They gave us beautiful details that meant the world to us — a small piece of his fur with his colors and a precious paw print in a lovely frame. Thanks to them, Duke’s memory is now with us in a very special way. I’m truly grateful for their kindness during such a difficult time. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend "Paws in Heaven" on Mesa St if you're also dealing with the hardship of losing a cherished pet. They were extremely helpful and compassionate throughout the whole process. They even made a paw print from my dog Busters paw, which i wasn't expecting, but it was a nice surprise.

Unfortunately, I wish it were under different circumstances, but I’m honored to put the first review for this wonderful location. After losing my baby boy, my pug has been our family companion for the last 14 years. I was in search of an area. Luckily, we found this location, conveniently on the west side. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a wonderful young lady who showed compassion and understanding and answered any questions we had for her. You could feel like she was there for us 100% there was no rush in her tone or frustration. After making our decision on the package, we wanted my baby. She allowed us time to say our goodbyes. It was so quiet and peaceful that you could hear a pin drop. At that time, it was tough for us to remove him from his blanket, which he loved. We had him wrapped up like a little burrito; his bed was his comfort zone. She said No worries, sir. You do not have to remove him from either when you come back for pick up. You’re welcome to pick up the items that day. I thought that was so nice of her and understanding of her. Sure enough, about eight business days or so, our beautiful baby was ready for pick up. And sure enough, his belongings were there as well. Thank you very much. To that young lady and into this business for showing compassion in a time of need, you are a treasure that the west side and surrounding areas need. I highly recommend this establishment. And anyone reading this, I’m very sorry for your loss. May God give you comfort.
