Even though my cat Bijou was almost 16, her death was still unexpected. Tracy was so kind when I called to tell her I needed to have my cat cremated. Several days later I received a sympathy card in the mail. When I went to pick up her ashes today I was taken back by how charming and beautiful the place was. It is so professional and comforting at the same time. She has a nice little retail shop where you can buy beautiful items to remember your pet or to give to a friend that has lost a pet. Tracy did all the work herself in remodeling the place! I hope that I personally don’t have to go back for awhile but I will definitely keep her in mind when a friend loses one of their fur babies. Thank you Tracy for being so caring and for overing this great service and wonderful business.

The most helpful and caring people in the biz. I just want to say thank you. Not only did I get my beloved Bells back I got in my package a seed paper paw print. It will go nice in her old water bowl. Thank you peaceful pet for understanding the grief we all go through.

We lost my Buffy after a sudden illness and was heartbroken. I got her back today in a beautiful urn with her paw prints, her hair, a lovely poem and seed paper to plant in her memory. I also got a card in the mail today expressing sympathy for my loss. This all has brought me so much comfort and glad to know she was on such good hands

The unexpected death of our sweet boy, Duke, was unbelievably painful. I knew I wanted to have him cremated. I called Peaceful Pets and realized it was almost time for them to close. But, Tracy told me to go ahead and bring him, she would wait for me. Though it was past closing time, she took the time to talk to us and explain everything and offer sympathy and comfort. We picked up his ashes today. Everything was exactly as she explained. The urn was beautiful. The paw prints are perfect. And the fur clipping...it was all perfect. Thank you so much Tracy for everything.

Unfortunately, I lost my pet bird, Kiwi, and had to call Peaceful Pets. I called them the next day and was able to bring her in. Right away, the environment was very friendly and I enjoyed the company of their two cats to distract me from being upset about Kiwi. They gave me an orange tote bag, a certificate, a small urn, two prints of her feet, a heartfelt letter, a planting seed (to bring memory to my bird as a plant), and some of her feathers for a total of $140. Although the situation was heartbreaking, this was the best place I could have turned to. The feathers that were taken off my bird was the most heartfelt thing that I could have asked for. This place truly cares about your pet and shows it well. Thank you for taking care of my angel, Peaceful Pets.

My Chanel passed away and I was a wreck. I remembered briefly speaking with Tracy after Chanels diagnosis and she told me to call her anytime. Feeling sad, defeated and overwhelmed I called Tracy at 9pm and she answered, by 930pm I was dropping Chanel off to her. I can not express how appreciative I am for Peaceful Pets going above and beyond to comfort and convenience me in such a hard time. The process only took 2 days, the paw prints, the beautiful box, and the hair clippings were perfect. I cant express enough how amazing Peaceful Pets have been. They have sincerely been a blessing..Thank you so much Tracy.

At 11 pm on Jan 12 our beloved ghost passed away. She was part of our family and it broke us to part with her. Tracy answered her phone at midnight to help us through our hard time. The next morning she arrived exactly when she said and picked her up. She contacted us two days later informing us she was ready to be brought back home. I received my family dog in a very nice decorative box with a peice of her fur and two paw prints. The humbleness of Tracy can't be stressed enough. She was gentle, kind, understanding, and strong as my family mourned the passing of a family member. Thank you for everything you did for us and for making this tragic time a little easier. Words can't describe how greatful we are and how much Tracy truley helped us. If anyone is wondering about cost. Our ghost was a very large dog. She weighted about 100-120 lbs and the price was incredibly reasonable. Especially because of the box, certificate, peice of fur, paw prints, and a "paw seed" that can be planted to grow a plant in her memory. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. Time will help heal our hearts but there will always be a hole where ghost was.
