I cannot express my sincerest gratitude and praise for Brittany and the entire staff. Their willingness to be present, patient, and incredibly caring in such a difficult situation was just remarkable. Thank you once again for such a beautiful present of our dog Lomax. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to use Crevasse’s for a private cremation for my best friend Bayley. I wanted to bring my girl back home after she passed, and they helped make that happen. We also got a mold of her paw print which was a beautiful keepsake.

Just got my cat's ashes back. To say this place went the extra mile to provide the most beautiful memorial for a cat I've ever seen put together is an understatement. Indeed, this is the first time any crematorium ever thought to cut a few strands of fur to put in lovely tiny keepsake vials, which I thought was an absolutely beautiful extra touch. Thanks, guys, for treating Muffy's memory with dignity and respect.

Very empathetic staff and quick response time. My pup passed at 3:03 am and they met us at the Jacksonville location at 5 am.They treated him with dignity and respect. Brittany was very consoling and brought comfort to an extremely difficult situation. We got him back about one week later and the urn is beautiful. Brittany took paw and nose prints and included them in the bag.

I called Crevasse last week when my sweet sweet boy Sammy passed away unexpectedly. I was very upset when I called & whomever answered the phone was RUDE. I asked her about a private cremation & the process since I haven't been there before. She seemed like she was annoyed with me &/or with my questions. I was crying & I apologized for crying. She didn't say it was ok but rather remained silent. It was totally awkward & very cold. Then as if reading from a script she explained the process. It was cold & VERY scripted & again, I felt as though I was bothering her. I said"do you do the paw prints?" she sighed & said "yeah its 35.00 extra". O had enough. I hung up, called Pet Angel & had someone with COMPASSION answer the phone. So whomever answered your phone on 04.24.26 at 10:12am cost you a customer & with a large furr family a repeat customer. It worked out because I was treated with respect & compassion at Pet Angel. I should have called them 1st but I figured id give you guys a shot with the reviews you have. Not sure how you do with that person answering the calls. Maybe she had a bad day but let me tell you, I was calling on one of my worst days & I didn't deserve that.
