National Cremation Society was so very easy to work with during one of the most difficult times of my life. Every person I encountered was compassionate, patient, and professional. They guided me through the process with kindness and genuine care, making a painful experience much easier to navigate. In the midst of my broken heart, I truly felt cared for. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone facing the loss of a loved one.

Mary Beth was exceptional at helping us to plan and prepare for your shipment of my mother’s remains to another state for her final resting place. She was extremely sensitive, compassionate, and professional. We didn’t have to worry about anything. She also worked very well with the funeral home in the state where we were having my mother shipped to. I highly recommend The National Cremation Society, even for burial. It is always a difficult and stressful time when you lose a loved one. Mary Beth was a supportive and compassionate partner throughout the process which made the process seamless and peaceful.

During such an emotional time, I found the people at ACS to be highly professional, caring, considerate and transparent. A prearranged cremation seems to me to be one of the kindest decisions to make for your family. From having a representative come and discuss arrangements at home for my parents to having cremation done and delivered to my home, everything went smoothly and efficiently. They were compassionate and contacted me later to offer grief services as well. I signed up for my own so my family won't be burdened with making decisions while grieving. Also prepaid means price won't go up in the future. My policy was almost double my parents just 10 yrs ago so am locked in to this price.
