Green Farewells Cremation

My dad recently passed and we chose Green Farewells because his wishes were to be cremated and a hydro cremation was the greener option. Lennette helped my brothers and I navigate the whole process and never pushed or rushed us. We purchased our own pendants separately and they took care of filling them. When my mom and I arrived to pick up my dad's remains, Lennette was incredibly kind and greeted us like we were already friends. In addition to the eco friendly urn, they also planted 25 trees in my dad's honor, which is amazing! So thank you so much Green Farewells and Lennette! Great staff, great communication, made the process of cremation for my father a smooth process. I was a bit lost but Erika Walked me through everything and made sure all arrangements were completed as needed. Erika was who assisted me the whole way. I bought necklaces from Amazon for my dad ashes and they even filled them for me. I definitely recommend if your family is in need of these services.

Anyone who knows me knows that I'm not a fan of the funeral industry. However, Alexis and Lennette were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, caring, and respectful with my mother who had just passed. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and always had an open line of communication. We selected aquamation for my mother and were pleasantly surprised at how eco-friendly it was and how excellent their prices were. (Most of the places I researched online wouldn't even list their prices.) Safe to say that we were very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Green Farewells to anyone who is looking for an eco-friendly way to handle their recently deceased loved one at a great price.

After calling around to several places in the Henderson and Las Vegas area, nobody treated my family and myself with more kindness, compassion, empathy, and professionalism than Green Farewells. Green Farewells consoled us and guided us through a difficult and complicated process. Helpful task lists in their site that helped us get a grip on things we needed to take care of for my mother’s death, regular check ins and updates, and a patience and compassion I can’t put into words. Lennette was so professional, so reverent, and so helpful that I have no doubts that my mother would be proud of the care provided.

I would never be able to say enough about Lennette & her team at Green Farewells! After my mom passed, the hospital sent her to funeral home I had not consented to. (I am in NH). I called & spoke to Lennette. She was very sympathetic, not only to losing my mom, but also to the situation. She told me not to worry. She sent her team to transport mom to Green Farewells. She was always available to answer any questions I had & would either call or email me with updates. She even called when she was at home! That is dedication!
