If I could give 10 stars, I would! Only Cremations is truly the best. This is the second animal they are providing services for. My cat Sam Sam was cremated in 2024, and my dog Lala this year. 2024 was the first time I ever lost an animal, and when I went to pick up Sam Sam's ashes, I just started crying out of joy. The packing was so beautifully done, and you could tell the way it was put together was done with thought and perfection. I didnt know what to expect. I had never done this before. I was touched. Fast forward to 2026, I was pretty confident they'd do a great job, but this round, I was even more in my feelings. After I picked up Lala's ashes, I had another crying session, this time in the car. I ordered a few extra items like her nose print and hair clippings so I was more than touched. Again, so much thought and detail in the presentation. Big shout out to Kayla for her professionalism, kindness, and patience with me during such a tough time. Thank you for what you do. You guys are the best!

Im very pleased with the overall presentation of receiving my Hollie's ashes. Beautiful box, sincere card and a small clay paw print with stand. The woman that text me prior to her arrival to make sure I was home was very sympathetic and sweet. Thank you for making this loss of my pup a warm experience.

Do not use this company if you want your baby’s remains back. They didn’t return all of our baby’s remains, and I’m certain this is true because another of our seniors died last year and we used another service, and we got over twice the amount of remains from her body; I had a cat die when I was a child and his remains were also significantly more (we still have them); AND a simple google search tells you 10-12 cubic inches of remains should come from a 10lb dog, and we got maybe half of that from this company. Coordination on drop off was unnecessarily difficult, and the person delivering should have been more considerate, proactive, and professional. I would have overlooked that last element if when delivered I’d had the relief of having my baby back, but now I have extra devastation on top of my already broken heart. Unconscionable to do this to people.

I put my senior chihuahua to sleep on December 10 due to Mitral Valve Disease and went into heart failure. I took his body home to grieve and let my other dog see him. The next day on December 11, I drop his body off to get cremated, no prior notice. I was an emotional wreck because it happened so suddenly. The staff were very nice and show me options. I went with the private cremation and added fur clipping that is separated. They were able to cremate him the same day I drop his body off and I was so relieved to bring him home the next day. I got his paw print and thought it was big, but I remember his body went through Rigor mortis where the body stiffened up after death and they probably have to spread it out. Therefore the paw look bigger, but it was his paw print because I recognized his unique pattern like a fingerprint. I appreciate the team for reuniting me and my dog Polo.

My vet uses this facility and handled pickup/initial requests. I was very nervous based on some of the reviews, but I am very pleased with my experience. I opted for a private cremation, nose print (ink and clay), and paw print (clay). I had my vet’s office call about the prints. They were informed that the ink print turns out better than the clay. I opted for both and I agree that the ink looks much better. The prints appear to match the prints of my dog. Towards the end, his nose was very dry all of the time and he would lick off the balm. I could see the dry patterns in the clay/ink prints. The footprint appears to be the size of his footprint. I did not like any of the urns and decided to buy my own somewhere else. I emailed and (not realizing they already answered my email) called to find out how my dog’s remains would be returned without an urn. I spoke with Brian E., who was very sweet and helpful with all of my questions. He is exactly what you would expect from a "bereavement specialist". The remains were returned to my vet’s office. I am a little too sad to post pictures at this time, but the packaging was very beautiful and super thoughtful. Everything came in a beautiful reusable tote bag. The ink print came in a beautiful envelope on a beautiful card. I also received a separate card and flower seeds. The flower seeds (Forget Me Nots) were what made me cry, because I used to call my boy my little flower and I could "Forget Him Never"!. When I finally opened the black velvet bag, my dog’s ashes were sealed in a clear bag with a cute sticker with his name and hearts next to it. It was very comforting to know that my baby received love and care even after his death.
