National Cremation Service helped guide me through one of the most difficult moments of my life while planning the funeral service and cremation for my loved one. From the very first phone call, Josue was incredibly compassionate, patient, and understanding. Making that call was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but he treated me with kindness and respect and walked me through everything step by step. Throughout the process, I truly felt that my loved one was honored with great care and treated with the utmost respect and dignity. That meant a lot to me and my family during such an emotional time. I’m very grateful for the support and professionalism Josue showed while helping us through this difficult process. I would highly recommend National Cremation Service to anyone going through the loss of a loved one.

Calvary Cemetery, Whittier Blvd. Horrible maintenance. Weeds! Headstones sunken, We clean up my parents plus plots constantly. Complained before, ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER! DISGRACEFUL!!!

National Cremation Service was there for my family during a very difficult and challenging time. They were wonderful walking us through the process and answering all our questions. I definitely recommend National Cremation Service.

Gazelle was very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. She did not rush us and made the process bearable. I would recommend her to anyone using National Cremation Service.

I looked into services on behalf of a family members recommendation. I can only assume that the Riverside location was the reason this business was held in high regard. When I called the Hollywood location it felt like there was a lack of enthusiasm to have my business. I was told information would be sent to be confirmed and electronically signed which never happened. It was when Josue (Josh) Najera threw his co worker Michele for his failure to follow through what he said he was going to do, that I decided this was not the place for me.

We highly recommend this place. My brother passed away in October and we received exceptional service. Josue was able to meet with us immediately after my brother's passing. Very compassionate, and we truly felt very comfortable with the location. If we could offer 10 stars we would!
