Unfortunately, I’ve had to use them many times over the past few years as pocket pets don’t have a very long life span. They pick up my little ones from the vet, they offer pickup service for free in the area, which is at least one less thing for me to have to think about. I can do everything online, it is a simple form, the website is easy to use, and they offer many options for saying goodbye. I always get a box with their name engraved, and they put in a card with a nose and little footprint, plus a card to plant flowers. Pick up is easy, they call when ready, and schedule an appointment so you can pick up your love in private. The last two times, there has even been a 100% good girl to help make picking up a little easier. You may need to ask, sometimes she’s in the back, to be respectful to those coming in. Even though I hate having to use their services, I am very glad they are available and I won’t go anywhere else.

My German Shepherd recently passed away unexpectedly, and my vet coordinated sending his remains to Pet Passages to be cremated. When I went to pick up his ashes, I was completely blown away by this facility. It is a peaceful, deeply tranquil setting, and the staff is wonderful. They were incredibly kind, compassionate, and full of sincere sympathy for my recent loss. They even let me say hello to their resident comfort dog, which brought a much-needed smile to my face during such a painful time. While there, they also walked me through their on-site euthanasia services. They have specialized 'Rainbow Rooms' where families can spend final, private moments saying goodbye to their beloved pets. These spaces are absolutely beautiful and rival the peacefulness of a Zen garden. Pet Passages is a truly wonderful place. It takes an extraordinary type of person to do this work with such profound empathy and grace. While I certainly don’t look forward to the day I have to return, they have earned my complete trust, and I will absolutely rely on them in the future. They are a true blessing to grieving pet parents.

Saying goodbye to my dog was one of the hardest moments of my life, but Pet Passages showed so much kindness and compassion every step of the way. They treated him with such dignity and gave me comfort when I needed it most. I’m truly grateful for the care they gave my best friend. 🐾💔 Highly recommend.

We have used Pet Passages numerous times for the loss of our pets over the years and they have always been very caring and done a beautiful job. For our last pet we went through them to connect with Stillwaters Veterinary Care for at home euthanasia services for our German Shepherd who was terrified of the vet. The vet who came out to our house was amazing and made a very difficult decision a little easier.He explained everything to us and gave us as much time as we needed with our pet. He transported our pet to Pet Passages for cremation, where as usual, they did an amazing job

I had brought my COVID fur baby Pepper here when she passed back in 2022. They are great and understanding people. I remember them taking great care of my sweet Pepper and even put some of her ashes into a pendent I got from Amazon and I don’t believe they had me pay extra for that. My old man, Roscoe (who was going to be 18 in July) had passed away last night. They had scheduled me an appointment right away. I had a really great experience with Pet Passages. After I had to put my cat down, I was so upset and felt very nervous that in the moment I hadn’t chosen the best cremation for him. When I went to pick up his ashes, the woman working there was so so kind. She was super nice to my little girl and I was able to tell her what I was worried about. She was so sweet. She explained how everything works and really gave me the peace of mind I needed. I now feel that Charlie was in wonderful hands and cared for. I feel like I honored his life and now have a beautiful wooden box with his name on it on my shelf. They also gave me his paw print and nose print. I would def recommend them to everyone!
