Cleveland Cremation

During one of the most difficult times we have faced, Jason and Darrin were supportive, efficient and very empathetic. Being able to do everything online gave my family the allowance of taking breaks and taking our time dealing with the emotional aspect of some of the difficult parts. Things were handled with care and respect throughout the entire process. Their partnership with Jardine's was also really helpful, as Darrin and Jason were able to help navigate and sort through us using them for a gathering (Aaron and the team there were wonderful too). Very happy with the services provided by Cleveland Cremation.

Cleveland Cremation reached out with compassion and concern and professionalism. They guided me through the process of my brother’s arrangements carefully and empathetically. I truly appreciate Darrin for understanding and caring that my loved one was important to me and my family. I will recommend Cleveland Cremation to others in the future.

Darrin and his staff did a wonderful job of taking care of our Mother. Very professional and caring people. I highly recommend them. Thank you again Cleveland Cremation for your caring and support sorting out time of need.

My husband and I interviewed several places before prearranging our cremation with Cleveland Cremation. I appreciated prompt responses and all of our questions were answered in great detail. Unfortunately my husband recently passed away. The wonderful staff at Cleveland Cremation were very professional and provided both dignity and respect for my loved one. I appreciated the support that was given to me , which made a difficult time easier. I highly recommend Cleveland Cremation and I will be forever grateful for the staff showing such compassion during my time of grief.

Cleveland Cremation was so caring and so comforting to us as we made the cremation arrangements for our loved one. They handled all communications with the hospital, very quickly obtained the death certificates, and promptly notified Social Security. We appreciated not needing to be stressed by those processes. The document process was very efficient with only a minimum of back and forth communications. Even the step to identify our loved one in confirmation before cremation was made less painful in every way it could possibly have been. We give Cleveland Cremation our highest recommendation.

I saw an ad for Cleveland Cremation on TV and thought that the price was very affordable. When my stepdad got sick, I told my Mom about it. After his passing, I contacted them, having an office right across the street at Yurch Funeral Home. Darren was an excellent representative for the company and the process was effortless. All forms completed online and we were in constant communication with each other. We decided to purchase a large urn and four smaller ones, they were beautiful! They handled everything for us and have reached out by phone, email, and text, to check on us. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the entire process was for us, thanks to Darren and his team at Cleveland Cremation.

Darrin was great. Prompt response and call backs. Easy paperwork which he walked through with me. Very kind and compassionate and a complete professional. I am so glad I used the services of Cleveland Cremation.
