They were so kind when my sweet pup crossed the rainbow bridge. I'd had a really sad and frustrating experience with Oak Crest handling my first pup, resulting in no momentos that they were supposed to ask about (footprint, fur clip for a locket, etc) when they cremated him without speaking with me about it, then they charged more than this place for just ashes in an ugly white box with their label on top. This place was amazing, making sure that they understood what I wanted, not trying to upsell me, making sure they knew my sweet puppy's name to treat him with the utmost respect, and a hug before I left. When I thanked them and explained how sad my experience with the other place had been, they generously took that pup's ashes and made matching memorial boxes. I felt so taken care of. I highly reccomend them.

Eternity pet memorial handled The cremation of my snake. They were very kind, very affordable, and made the process of losing a pet just a little less painful. I wholeheartedly recommend them, this is the second time I've seen their work and it's been beautiful both times.

There are not enough stars to give Eternal Pet Memorial. From the first contact with Patrick I was impressed. I was a mess, because my son's cat passed away very suddenly and I was taking care of him because my son is in the Army. Patrick, was calming, understanding, and very compassionate. He was willing to come pick up our beloved pet if I could not find a way to get him there. Before I could call the next day, Rena called me to talk about the arrangements. She was also very caring and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone that has lost their fur baby, the customer service was world class. Also, their prices are very reasonable. What I thought was going to be very expensive, was actually very affordable. Thank you so much for all that you do!

I am so grateful to Eternity Pet Memorial. They took my Elizabeth Taylor away and will cremate her. She'll be ready in about a week. I will get her on the Saturday after she's ready, because they're only open until 4, and I don't get off work until 5. It was because of you that I didn't have to bury her in the yard. I didn't need to find a way to keep the other animals from getting to her. She is safe with you, and she is happy now. Jason was wonderful. He came to my house in a proper hearse, and he gently carried her to it. He made sure she was comfortable and safe. He gave her the dignity and respect she deserved. When they call me to come and get her, I'll make a day of it. Hazelwood has a great park and a lot of good restaurants. She was tiny, so I'll put her in my purse and walk all over the town. Me and Elizabeth Taylor will spend one last day on the town. Thank you, Eternity Pet Memorial. I will never forget the service you did for my best friend. She is with the Universe now. She is safe. And with your help, her remains are being cared for. Thank you. Update: I mistakenly called Patrick's phone and bothered him on a Saturday, but he could not have been better. You are true gems! I was not expecting such wonderful service. Imagine my surprise when we received our Zara's cremains. Beautifully ensconced in a shadow box with her picture. The key ring is a treasure. Such caring and warm-hearted people you are. Thank you so very much!

They did an amazing job with the cremation package that we received. This was a hard process losing my beloved Geno and they made it a little bit easier to deal with. They called and went over everything, asked if I had questions and were very sincere. I have never had a pet cremated before, so I was a little worried, however, after speaking with them my mind was put at ease. I highly recommend them to anyone who has lost a pet!
