Hands down Phil Donatelli is the most compassionate person I have ever met. The worst day of a pet owners life and your met by the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Phil has taken care of services for several of my fur babies as well as my closest friends and coworkers pets. This truly is the ONLY person I trust with my beloved animals.

I lost my best friend today. It doesn’t feel real. Nothing will heal the pain my sweet, perfect cat has left me with. When I learned of my baby’s illness I began my search for a trustworthy and caring crematory. Today, I had to use said crematory. I was amazed at the turnaround time. I was able to drop of my cat and pick him up within a matter of hours. If you’re reading reviews for pet crematories, you’re also probably scared of the recent news of a local crematory that wasn’t properly caring for pet remains. I was extremely anxious to leave my sweet ANYWHERE for this reason. However, I saw clearly labeled bags with pet names and there was a service in process. I trust that the ashes in this gorgeous urn are my boy’s. Phillip promised me that my boy would be treated with dignity and care. I didn’t notice a crematory tag but his name was labeled several times and Phillip was the only one working. So yes I believe I have my cat home. I felt reassured that their website promises private cremation and when asked Phillip said all they do is private cremation, no group. Thank you for being so expeditious and caring during this nightmare.

I can’t say enough good things about Phil. He always handles my furbabies with the care and love they deserve…i am the 3rd generation in my family to use him and i won’t go anywhere else. I’m always recommending him to other families that are going through a tough time as well. He always makes sure i get my fur kids back the same day and is so easy to communicate with!

This guy gets it and he cares. He has a deep reverance and respect for the animals, and he knows how important they are to you. He let us stay there while we did our sweet senior kitty that we knew since childhood, almost 22 years. We got to see the whole process and we know for sure that it was her that we have, which is extra extra extra important to us since we were a victim of the Verab funeral director with another cat.

Very welcoming and I think it was fair pricing. They had my baby all of a few hours while I was at work. I was able to drop her off this morning and pick her up before they closed. She's home where she belongs. I'm so thankful to have called and inquired. I would recommend, they really do care and show sympathy. They allowed me as much time as I needed before leaving and were very understanding of work hours.

If your pets mean everything to you and you're choosing cremation, Oakcrest is the place to go. I have repeatedly asked Phil the owner for his service with my family and he is absolutely wonderful to deal with.......gentle, compassionate, and delicate with your loved one. I can't express my appreciation enough. Thank you Phil and Oakcrest!

This place is the best. They are so kind and caring when it comes to the cremation of your animal. My cat Toby passed and he was so kind to meet me the same day at my job and pick him up, due to my schedule, and also drop him back off to me when done. He was placed in a cute tin (which i wasn't expecting) and i cried the minute i saw it. I have always and will always trust them with all my babies.
