I highly recommend Neptune Society - Dallas. The staff was compassionate, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, handled every detail with care, and made a difficult time much easier for our family. Their cremation services were organized, dignified, and provided with genuine kindness. I would confidently recommend Neptune Society - Dallas to anyone looking for caring and reliable end-of-life services.

Did a wonderful service. Was willing to compromise on many things to make this burial perfect. Went with them for the marker choice people thought it was expensive. However I did a lot of research went to many companies spent at least 6 weeks attempting to get a better deal, a better offer. With Noble bronze, marcoza, and a few others I could not get the best deal. The willingness of them to even offer payment plan was zero interest was amazing. I will say that the deal that they gave me so I could take care of both my mother and my sister is almost unbelievable. Could not have had an easier time taking care of this, I made it a lot more difficult on myself by not just going with them to begin with. Thank you Mr. Turrentine for getting all this done for me so quickly.

The Neptune Society of Dallas was amazing! They genuinely care about and respect your loved one and you. They made a very difficult time extremely easy. I’m so glad my parents prearranged the Neptune Society.

Neptune Society took care of EVERYTHING when both my parents passed away 5 yrs ago. 2 weeks ago I contacted them to make arrangements for my planning. Such amazing staff and the process is seamless. Highly recommended

DO NOT… and I repeat… DO NOT use the place if you do not have the funds for a proper cremation. Originally my Grandfather went here to be cremated. He had the money and was able to pay in full at the time of inquiry. It was recommended by him to go through this company when my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, knowing the outcome. When originally filling out information we were informed this was going to be a family plan. With that knowledge, if any of us would pass away we would be covered. Not knowing, ‘covered’ meant you need to have the full amount paid before the passing. Unfortunately my mother passed away on July 7th, 2026. My father had paid off about $800 towards this plan. Called them, informed them what had happened and we were left to pay for the full amount. Until paid, we would not receive my mother’s ashes back. Luckily, we have family that stepped up to the plate for us. Please be aware that you need to have everything paid off, but also please keep in mind they will charge you for everything. No urn included, no memorial pamphlet, was told we would get a decorative box— instead it was a black box with a stamp put on, no compassion given even after knowing our circumstances. This is a horrendous company and the employees should be ashamed to be working for this corporation.

I was pleased with my experience with Neptune Society and repatriation from anywhere in the world. I travel quite a bit and I want to be certain that it is taken care of efficiently without my children having to worry about thousands of dollars to get me back home! Thank you for handling everything so efficiently.

Neptune Society were fabulous. No delays, no issues. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. I will set up my arrangements with them soon. They took care of my husband's cremation. They were great during a very difficult time. Flossie was so kind and made things as easy as she could.
