They are kind and compassionate walking you thru the difficult moment. Bringing you comfort and peace . It was a peaceful sendoff. It’s so strange that my little girl had been motionless for 2 days just laying there in pain . Two weeks prior it was discovered there was a very large tumor on her liver with many other small masses around it. So when she went into a serious crisis of so much pain it was unbearable to witness this pain and suffering I knew I couldn’t let her suffer any of this again. But when she heard the door bell she jump and when the Dr. walked in her tail started wagging,this hadn’t happened in days, it was as she knew. The Dr. gave her a little treat which she enjoyed, mind you she hadn’t wanted to eat anything not even treats for two days . I will always have my little girl near me and in my heart . She gave me 14 loving years. I will miss my little shadow 😭😭💕

I cannot thank Gentle Pet Crossing enough for their compassion during this process. My baby boy had cancer and was no longer doing well. I reached out and the team was working with me for the best time to say goodbye. Dr. Rachel was so kind and very understanding through the whole process and made sure that my boy was comfortable.

Gentle Pet Crossing came through again, this time with my boxer. My first experiance was with my cat over 1 ago and the entire experience was very dignified, very private and I was able to keep it together because of how this caring & lovely doctor was able to gently talk me through the procedure. Two wks ago we called again, this time for our precious boxer. This time we asked for a home visit as our dog was very ill and in a delicate state. They scheduled it on the same day and we would not have wanted it any other way. This was a different doctor than the first, very professional and kind. Please don't hesitate to place the care of your beloved pet/s with a company who cares and responds quickly in an emergent situation. I regret not giving a review the 1st time but I'm here for my second time to say these individuals are special people and both doctors were excellant. Thank you Gentle pet crossing.

The people that we spoke to on the phone and in person at the gentle pet were wonderful, unfortunately the The Veterinarian that came to the house was very dry and had no personality. It was very business and out the door. It’s very sad that a person could do the job so long that they get that cold. And because of that reason I wouldn’t use them again.

They were amazing. I lost my bearded dragon that I had for almost 12 years and they were understanding, kind, and compassionate. They understood the assignment. I highly recommend Gentle Pet Crossing. They were gentle to her and to me.

Words can honestly not express how grateful I am to have found this company. I was a little nervous not knowing who would be coming over to our house to lay our dog down to rest. When Dr Rachel came, she was the most kindest, caring, and patient person. The whole process was peaceful all around. All the staff that was included in every step, made me feel so cared for. I wish I could give them 1000 stars 🌟 I have already recommended them to my friends and family if they chose to go the route we did.

What a lack of compassion! Not only did they show up early without notice causing me to rush my kids out of the house so they didn't realize what was happening to our family dog of 14 years they then spelled our beloved dogs name wrong on his box nameplate. We were told we could pick up his remains with a pick up window of from 9am-10am which is an hour away from us. They blamed the incorrect name on penmanship and didn't take responsibility of verifying his name when it was on other forms that were filled out. Never once did I feel any compassion, warmth or understanding from this company. I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone.
