I am so thankful for having Neptune on our side, so welcoming from the beginning to the end. Staff help me understand things and when it came down to everything, they made sure that I was ok and the family. The beautiful text messages and support that they sent me out so warm. I love them all and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know my brother was in good hands

At a very stressful and painful time in life, the staff at Neptune society kindly guided me through the journey. They were amazing! I plan to purchase this for myself as well in hopes to make it as peaceful a process as possible for my children too. Thank you especially Sherrie and the Neptune Society staff.

Very caring, thoughtful and professional. My mother's diagnosis was on December 5th, she passed February 4th. My family and I had no idea, although we suspect she knew for over a year. The care team was so helpful. My mother made this decision and paid for everything. After mom left, the nurse asked how long it would take family to get there. I told her, she then called Neptune Society and told the the time. They showed up on time. They were so nice, they handled her(mom),and us so gingerly. I actually appreciate how easy this was. I loved that they were only a phone call away.

The staff at Neptune were wonderful during a very challenging time. Their compassion, care, kindness, support, and attention to details were greatly appreciated by me and my family. I’d highly recommend them to others.

My mom & dad planned this years before their passing. When my dad passed after living with us for over 8 years after my mom passed, and finally being on hospice care, all I had to do was make one call to Neptune. Sherrie handled every single detail. Robert came and picked up my dad and was so respectful and wonderful. He was a very calming presence at that time. Neptune made this sad and anxious time very smooth and easy. I am so very grateful that my parents planned this with Neptune, and for how wonderful they have all been; even checking in on me afterwards.

My father made it easy for me by arranging all of his aftercare with the Neptune Society. The office here in Raleigh had been absolutely great to work with, Sherrie is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for peace-of-mind in getting final arrangements made so that your loved ones don't have to worry about it.

The Raleigh Neptune staff was amazing! They are all very compassionate and Sherrie was absolutely wonderful. She was informative, responsive and caring throughout all of my interactions with her.
