All of the work I have received from this organization has been incredible. I had both my guinea pigs pass within 7 months of each other. It was heartbreaking to say the least. But getting their ashes and prints back brought great comfort. Their ashes and prints were all done here. You can see on Oreo’s print he had a weird toenail that showed up perfectly on the print. It was his signature and something I will never forget. They also got Oreo’s nose print - you can see on the last picture. I liked how customizable you could make everything. You could choose colors, fonts, type of wood, and accents. I would definitely recommend this place if you have lost a pet and want some great keepsakes.
I just lost my best friend of over a decade. My baby girl, Karma was the sweetest dog and although she was almost 11 years old, she still acted like a playful puppy. I was completely lost when she passed. I feel so blessed and grateful to have been referred to Pet Reflections by a good friend of mine, Sadie. They were so kind and respectful. They took amazing care of my baby girl and gave us a beautiful memory care package. I am in love with my girls precious paw prints and her beautiful cedar wood box. Thank you all so much for helping me through losing the love of my life.
We had to put my dog to sleep on Friday 01/16. We worked with the same vet we did 4 years ago when my boy passed. I used the same vet ONLY because he had worked with pet reflections before. I wanted my boys paw print to match my girl that just passed. I get a call from the vet and they let me know that Pet Reflections WILL NOT take my girls body. Apparently there was some drama with the vet and previous owner that was taken care of, but since the sister now took over, she did not want to do business with him. I called Pet Reflections 3 times to let them know about the body being dropped off etc. So now not only am I dealing with the grief of putting my dog to sleep, but the place I was set on(Pet Reflections) to take and handle my baby girl DENIES her body when the vet went to drop off??? The vet had no choice but to take her body elsewhere. Something I planned a month in advance, to arrange to have the exact same ceramic paw prints to match, and then this happens??? Shame on you Pet Reflections for giving me the worst experience ever. This is bringing up so many more emotions again. And now I have to settle for something I didn’t even want. I will never recommend or do business with you again.
I was very hesitant about this place after reading some of the reviews, and At the same time other reviews gave me piece of mind. This isn't my first rodeo getting pet cremation and this one took a little longer so I started thinking the worst of the worst was going to Happen . So we called them directly. We went thru a vet clinic originally, but like I said we called them directly. We asked them about our kodiak. We weren't originally apart of the personal cremation but asked if we could see the body and watch him be cremated. Very professional , took the time to explain everything. They were polite ,kind, sympathetic, understanding. N very helpful. Thank you for out kodiak.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. This place was supposed to help with the passing of our beautiful 16 yr old girl we had to put down. They were set up and this was all coordinated with the vet we used years ago. The day we had to put her down the next morning Pet Reflections says they can’t take her. Their excuse was they had drama with the owner. Who runs a business this way and talks to customers like it’s not your problem when you are providing a service that was paid for. This is ludicrous and I would not recommend this place for any pet services at the end. As a business owner customer service and quality service are paramount. People do better the world needs it.
Recently my best friend Chico, that was at my side for over a decade came to the end of his life’s journey and I must continue on with a void, well many voids in my heart. Luckily Pet Reflections has been there to help ease the burden and assist me in remembering and paying tribute to the furry ones I’ve lost. In order Soldier, TC, GiGi, Roscoe, Quazi, and Chico
Receiving my dog’s urn and paw print was a deeply emotional experience, but I’m so grateful for how everything turned out. I paid an extra hundred dollars for the marble urn, and it was absolutely worth it. The quality is beautiful, solid, and timeless. The only thing I would change is the engraving size. The text is quite small, and as you can see in the photos, you really have to be up close to read it. The message means everything to me, so I just wish it stood out more visibly. Still, I know what it says, and that’s what matters most. As soon as I saw the paw print, I knew it was his. There was no question in my mind. The shape and detail were exactly right, and seeing it brought me to tears. The timing was delayed by about two weeks. I was originally told I’d have everything about two weeks after his passing, but it arrived closer to a month later. The urn is a special order, and they were also behind on the paw prints. But honestly, I would rather they take their time than rush something this important, so I was okay with the delay. Communication was decent overall. It was hard to get through at first when trying to purchase the urn, since nothing else can be processed until you buy that separately. But once I got a hold of someone, they were responsive and helpful with updates. The packaging was really thoughtful. Everything came in a green gift bag with paw print tissue paper, along with a sympathy card that included Tucker’s passing date and a printed poster with a sweet message. The presentation was very respectful and heartfelt. This whole process brought me a sense of peace during the most heartbreaking time. I’m thankful for the care that went into every detail.
