I had very pleasant experience with Simplify. They went above and beyond to get my husband’s ashes to his memorial. Very respectful and kind. They care about you and your loved one’s. If I should ever have to use them again I would. Give them a chance with your loved ones. I’m very happy I did. They help you through the process from beginning to the end. Give Simplify an opportunity to help you through your journey to celebrate the life of your loved one’s. I give them 5 stars because they deserve it. Wonderful people!

This was a very hard experience. My brother in law recommended Simplify to me. They were gentle and kind. I pretty much knew what my husband wanted. The various plans were explained. No attempts at selling me more than I wanted. The real surprise was getting a message from them checking to see how I was doing. That totally surprised me. They even sent a link with information on dealing with grief. I was also told if there was anything they could do for me just to let them know. Thank you Simplify for making this easier for me.

Simplify has been so kind, start to finish, with such a difficult time. Mike and Madison were very knowledgeable with all aspects of planning and completion of this process. They guide you through the paperwork and supply the support you need to get through the worst days of your life. Elizabeth was so detailed and professional as she interviewed my family and recorded the obituary for the newspaper. She was so polite, kind and thoughtful about our concerns about price. She helped us make the right choices for our family. Mike was so down to earth and he provided simple explanations and respected our decisions. He was very well informed and went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s wishes and needs on several occasions. It is so refreshing to see staff follow up and follow through with their promises!

Simplified is amazing. They are caring and took care of my love one every step of the way with dignity. They were understanding and answered all of my questions to put my mind at ease.
