During a difficult time of losing my both my furbabies, Serenity Pet Cremation has helped with the process tremendously. Friendly staff, atmosphere. Lori really handled the whole process very caring and thoughtfully. If I need these services in the future, I will only go here! Very affordable! Definitely recommending to all my family and friends!

*edit I am changing from 1 to 3 stars because they did call me back and left a message that they would refund me for the paw print. I will not even call back because honestly it’s not about the money for it as the sentimental value it holds for me and something that cannot be replaced. I appreciate you guys doing what you can to make it right and it could have happened at vets office and not necessarily your fault so I am not going to ask or accept the refund but appreciate the gesture* Ordered a paw and nose print for my dog along with the ashes and they sent it on a piece of paper crumpled up and bent up in a bag too small to even fit the paper without creasing it. No care at all from them and when I called basically said SOL and couldn’t care less. Super disappointed especially as much as I paid them and one of the last memories I have now of my dog.

In a really hard time for us they definitely made dealing with the loss of our Gabby easier. Very understanding and patient. We appreciate the special way we were dealt with and return of our family pet. Thank you

I lost my precious eldest cat last Monday, and was absolutely devastated. Animal Emergency Center of Tulsa gave me three recommendations for cremation services, and I chose Serenity. I just picked him up at AEC, and his remains and the memorial clay print were packaged up so carefully. When I spoke on the phone with one of their representatives, she was so sweet and told me they loved the photo of my cat that I chose for the online memorial page. While it is painful to lose my little family member, knowing he was cared for lovingly even beyond his life meant a lot to me while I deal with grief. Thank you for being so kind.

Serenity Pet Cremation showed our family such kindness and compassion during a very difficult time. Losing our dog Max was heartbreaking, and their care and support meant so much to us. His remains were returned in a beautiful engraved urn along with a cremation certificate and paw print keepsake that we will treasure forever. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness during such a hard moment. 🐾

We live in Kansas and we do not have a pet cremation place near us. Our only option was to have our dog cremated through a vet, but we just could not afford $600+ to do that. My mom had found this place, and I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first seeing I would be paying less than half of what the vet wanted to charge. But we are so very glad we went through Serenity Pet Cremation. We didn’t know we would have to put our fur baby down because she was sick. Serenity Pet Cremation was honestly the most respectful and supportive in the entire process. We had no idea what to expect, but when we got there, the lady had me fill out some papers for what we wanted to get and contact info. She even asked if it was still a bit too fresh to talk about, and offered for me to fill it out on my own so we didn’t have to talk, if that was what I wanted to do. After that, it was time to let our Kali girl go. The gentlemen that helped get her out of the car let us have a moment to say goodbye to her one last time, and they were incredibly gentle and caring getting her out. They even had a table with a white sheet on the top to lay her on. She got the same treatment and respect a human would. We got many keepsakes and they are gorgeous and amazing. We chose to find a different urn for her because we didn’t see one that suited her in their office, but they have plenty of pretty urns in there that would suit anybody’s pets. Thank you guys so much for putting the care into the pets that you do. It was truly the most respectful and calming part of the process knowing that our fur baby was in good hands.
