From the moment I walked into the room, Ariel felt like an angel. Her presence, her calm energy, and her kindness were exactly what we needed in one of the hardest moments of our lives. Leaving our beloved pup, Poncho, was incredibly difficult, but Ariel made the experience feel peaceful, respectful, and truly special. From our very first phone call, she was comforting, compassionate, and patient. When we arrived to drop Poncho off, she created a space that felt safe and full of care, allowing us to say goodbye knowing he was in the best hands possible. When we later picked Poncho up, it was a warm, loving moment that we will never forget. Ariel had also sent us a heartfelt card with a loving holiday note remembering Poncho, which meant more to us than words can express. That personal touch showed just how deeply she cares and how much love she puts into what she does. Ariel turned an unbearably painful experience into one filled with grace, love, and gratitude. We are incredibly thankful for the way she honored our boy. We cannot recommend Pet Cremation Services and Ariel highly enough. If you are ever faced with this heartbreaking decision, this is truly the perfect place to leave your beloved pet.

First of all, I would like to thank Ariel for her kindness. From our first call to the day we picked up Snow’s ashes. She added so much love and peace to our heartbreaking experience of losing our beloved cat. The paw print and especially the nose print she did are beautiful. Ariel was, during this hard time, really compassionate and had always tried to make our time availabilities work for her. I highly recommend her services.

I cannot recommend Pet Cremation Services enough. My rat Winston passed away and I knew I wanted his keepsakes to be perfect. When I called I knew this was the place for me. Ariel is such an incredible person. I knew I could trust her with my sweet boy and I was right. Words can’t describe how kind and patient she is! She had everything beautifully arranged for me to see as I walked in to pick up his remains. She did an amazing job on the paw/tail prints it sent me to tears the moment I saw it. I’m thankful to have found such a wonderful place that actually cares for their clients and their pets. Thank you so much Ariel.

After our dog passed, we searched for a place where we felt his remains would be treated respectfully. We reached out to Pet Cremation Services and we were immediately put at ease by Ariel. She was very helpful, sympathetic, professional, and kind. She helped us throughout the process and she made sure that the special momentos to honor his memory were perfect. Ariel really helped us handle the passing of our dog and we would highly recommend Pet Cremation Services.

My dog passing away suddenly was a heartbreaking and terrifying experience. I was so lost about next steps, but finding the Pet Cremation Services of LA was such a blessing. Ariel was so kind and compassionate, making the process less scary and a little less painful. She helped with everything in terms of what to do next, along with helping us cope with the loss of our beloved boy, Henry. I have no doubt that my baby’s ashes were taken care of with love and care here, and I feel so lucky to have found this place. There were many options on remembrance pieces for our dog, and we opted for his paws in a clay circle. When we realized we had wanted fur and forgot to ask, Ariel was kind enough to answer the call and ensure we got our baby’s fur in the end. I don’t think any other place would’ve offered the care I truly believed Henry received here. I am just so grateful for the service I received here during such a difficult time.

I have used Pet Cremation Services several times and have always had a very positive experience. They are compassionate and understanding. Always do their best to make a difficult time, comfortable.

What an absolute angel of a person Ariel is. My 17 year old cat, my best friend, passed away in my arms naturally the night before his scheduled appointment to cross the rainbow bridge, and I was freaking out about having to keep his remains overnight. After almost getting scammed by a horrible, possibly fake cremation service who left me waiting for two hours (which, in retrospect, was for the best) I am so glad I found this place. At around 10pm that night I called Ariel, explained my situation, and she kindly waited for my partner and I to arrive with my baby boy within 30 minutes. She is incredibly empathetic and knowledgeable and just the perfect calming presence to be around on what is likely your worst day ever. She gave me a fair price, walked me through several different options of keepsakes, communicated with care, and was professional and prompt. I got a call right in the timeframe she told me he’d be ready to come home, within 9-12 days, which was a lot faster than previous experiences, and I appreciated that I got that call right on the 10th day before I even got to think about worrying. My baby had a sister who passed two years ago, and when he was ready I brought in his sister’s ashes too and she very kindly transferred some of each of their ashes into a pendant necklace so I wouldn’t have to worry about spilling, resealing, or figuring out the tools, and then ensured both my babies fit in their joint urn and could rest together again. Also, I chose a round paw print so it could match his sister’s but she threw in a second heart shaped one for free 🥹 There’s nothing good about losing your best friend, but I would give this place 10 stars if I could for making the worst thing ever even just the smallest bit less terrible.
