I don’t think words can show the depth of appreciation I have for Dave and the people of Faithful Friends. My baby passed this morning and within a few hours of dropping her off, she was able to make it back home where she belonged. The tribute packages I feel are decently priced especially for all the extras you get like nose prints and clay paw prints. Lots of beautiful urn options. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for letting my girl look as beautiful in her memorial as she did while she was here with us.

Kim & Shelley were so compassionate and kind during the entire process of getting my parakeet Blue cremated. 10/10 would recommend to friends & family going through a similar loss. They made such a difficult time a little easier, and I’m so grateful for the care and respect they showed Blue.

Today we had our sweet girl Nala cremated by faithful friends. I messaged on Friday when she passed and got a response back rather quickly. They did not try to upcharge us or sell us a bunch of stuff. They actually got us our best deal for our money and were very caring and sympathetic. When bringing her in today the paper work was quick and we got to say a final goodbye to our baby girl… due to my work schedule they made it so we could get her back within the same day so I would not have to wait till my next day off. The paw prints in ink and clay were beautiful, down to every last detail. I will not go anywhere else in the future for my cremation needs for my pets. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Faithful Friends Pet Crematory highly enough. Following the passing of my beloved cat, Gracie, every staff member I interacted with showed extraordinary kindness, compassion, and care. From the moment I arrived, they allowed me as much time as I needed with Gracie, which meant the world to me during such a heartbreaking moment. The care and thoughtfulness they put into her cremation was remarkable. They provided an ink print and a clay impression of her paw, a beautifully carved wooden box, and even a velvet bag for her ashes in the same green as Gracie’s eyes—a small detail I hadn’t requested but that touched me deeply. It was clear that every step was handled with so much intention and love. I was also able to bring Gracie home within just two days, which brought immense comfort during a time when I desperately longed to have her close again. Every detail, every interaction, and every act of kindness made an unbearably difficult experience so much more gentle and meaningful. Faithful Friends is a place of compassion and dignity, and they treated Gracie—and me—with the utmost care and respect. I am deeply grateful for their support and will forever remember their kindness.

Thank you so much to the wonderful humans at Faithful Friends. I brought my sweet Molly into their care a couple days after her passing. They were so kind and gentle with her and so patient and understanding with me. I was very nervous it would be hard for me to leave her but after I had given them all our information and made my selections I was given plenty of time to love and give her pets and I felt comfortable knowing she was in loving, safe hands. She was ready to come home much less than 24 hours later and everything was just beautiful, I couldn't ask for anything more perfect. Their attention to detail was obvious, Faithful Friends even selected tissue paper in colors that match my girls feathers. I now have my beautiful girl with me forever as well as a foot and beak print, some of her feathers, and l even was able to get a necklace to hold a bit of her ashes so she can come on all my adventures. Thank you for making such a difficult time a bit easier and for taking such beautiful care of my Molly. I will be forever grateful.❤️

The most pleasant experience. It was heartbreaking to loose my best friend Bella after 11 years. Her vet was so wonderful to us. But when handed the brochure of where they suggested she be cremated I was taken back. Almost $450 for cremation! I called Faithful Friends Pet and they said I could bring her to them for half the price. What a god sent they were. Not only were they so very kind and sympathetic they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who has lost a pet. You will not regret it.

Wow where do I even begin. I can't recommend Faithful Friends Pet Cremation enough. We recently loss our beloved Corgi Yogu suddenly and we were at a complete loss. I emailed Faithful Friend just as they were about to close for the evening and I got a phone call after hours to set up an appointment. How considerate they were to accommodate my needs when they simply could have chosen to go home and not think about my inquiry until the next day. The next day my husband and I were able to bring our dog and and say our final good byes and the staff was more than helpful for helping us go over our cremation options and gave us as much time as we needed. Not even 48 hrs late our Yogi's ashes were ready to be pick up. How amazing is it that I could bring him home in such a short amount of time. The thoughtfulness and care they put into his cremation didn't go unnoticed. The package I chose came with an ink paw print but I was amazed to find not one, two, but five prints! Four in black and one in orange which matched his fur color. Little details like this touched our hearts and shows every intention is pure and kind.
