My beloved Kong passed away on March 24, 2026. We were blessed to have had 15 wonderful years together, and our family wanted to give him a proper and meaningful goodbye. Anne helped us through the entire process so smoothly and with such care. Kong was left at the veterinary hospital, and Legacy Pet Crematory picked him up the same day. I was very impressed with how organized everything was, especially the tracking system, which allowed us to know where Kong was throughout the process. It brought me so much comfort during such a difficult time. We were also given the opportunity to witness the cremation on Tuesday or Thursday morning, which meant we could see Kong one last time. He looked so peaceful and well cared for. That moment truly helped our family say goodbye and brought us a sense of peace. We were able to pick up Kong’s urn just a few hours later, which meant a lot to us. What could have been an incredibly painful and overwhelming experience became something much more peaceful and comforting, all thanks to Anne. We are truly grateful for her kindness, compassion, and support during this time. Thank you so much for everything.

This place was absolutely amazing. They were so thoughtful and so caring throughout the whole process understanding my grief of my beloved Rusty passing away. They were meticulous and precise, giving absolute attention to every single detail - including the name engraved gold plating for my beloved Rusty. I cannot recommend this company enough. Their facility was clean, comfortable, they were hospitable- absolutely amazing and very cost efficient! I will take all my animals here in the future!

During one of the most difficult times of my life, the staff at the Legacy Pet Crematory treated my beloved dog, Rumple, with dignity, compassion, and respect. From the moment I entrusted him to their care, they showed kindness and understanding that brought comfort during an incredibly painful loss. They handled every detail professionally and with genuine sensitivity, making a heartbreaking process a little easier to bear. Knowing that Rumple was treated with such care meant a great deal to me and my family. I am truly grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and the respect they showed my cherished companion. Legacy took the upmost comforting care for my baby , they answered every question I had with love . I went in a blubbering mess and was met by the most compassionate caring woman who made me feel so much better . I truly couldnt thank them enough for the care they took.

I lost my beloved companion, my dog Major, one week ago today. He passed away at home. It was not expected. I was devastated and all I could do is cry. Fortunately someone recommended that I call Legacy Pet Crematorium. I was worried because I didn’t know them. After I spoke to them on the phone I began to feel relief. When I met them I was sure I was doing the right thing. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they would do it. When I picked up Major’s ashes the people were so warm and caring. When I got home I was impressed once again. They gave Major a beautiful wood container for his ashes. They also enclosed a metal plate with his name engraved on it to put on the container. The sympathy card they sent touched my heart it was so beautiful I can’t say enough about Legacy Pet Crematory and their staff. Their business is one you never want to need but when you do I would highly recommend them. From start to finish they were outstanding. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

They are extremely compassionate and professional and caring, and helped during such a painful moment. The whole process was handled well, and they were quite a bit cheaper than the vet , while honoring any wishes you have for your beloved pet and family member . We are very happy we found them and couldn’t recommend them enough if you have to go through this.

Very accommodating and friendly.. my beautiful dachshund Mia passed one day before I bought her here to Legacy I wanted the cremation done ASAP. And one day later I received a text Mia is ready to be picked up. I went there immediately and I was so happy how they gave me a certificate of cremation along with a beautiful box with her name placed on it in gold. I wouldn't go anywhere else in my future. I have been there three times before this in Massapequa. Legacy is who I would recommend to anyone that needs to service. Because veterinarians put your dog in the freezer and you have to wait a week to pick them up in a tin can. Thank you Legacy for your kindness! 💜🕊🐾🙏🏻
