The staff are very caring and friendly. They offered tons of help and advice. Pricing is very transparent and affordable. They were very responsive when returning our calls. We found that most places use an answering service that collect your name and phone number, the staff here were very prompt to respond, often calling us back outside of business hours.

Highly recommend, look no further. Sean and his staff were very helpful to our family unfortunately when we lost a family member. We traveled from out of town and Sean felt the emergency in getting the family home with their loved one with them. He made it possible and we could not be more grateful to him. We picked this place because it was at the lower end of quotes , after everything added in ,price was average for area. At first visit we knew going in our loved one did not have any personal belongings , the director walked in with a bag and placed it on table and stated that here's the belongings. We were in shock and he quickly realized the mistake and he said oh this is the family that just left. We should have walked out at that moment. We drove in from out of town and continued with contract. I made a request for hair sample for future dna testing and was told that should be ok. At pickup there was no hair sample saved and the four keep same urns we ordered were not on site. After a three hour drive , family had to wait for urns to be brought from another location and ashes added . No I would not recommend services at this location.

Staff was honest, friendly and never tried to push additional merchandise or services on me. I appreciated how they made me feel comfortable and at ease after loosing my beloved wife. This is the place. Look no further.
