Our family recently had the pleasure of working with Jordan and Scott after experiencing the loss of our grandmother. both were extremely welcoming and were able to answer all of our questions. I’d like to say thank you so much! They handled everything when my dad passed away. They took care of literally everything, and was so kind to me during the process of having to lay my dad to rest. They handled the death certificates, they informed social security, and they mailed my dad home to me really quickly. They also did my dad’s fingerprints so that we could do keepsake jewelry/tattoos with his fingerprints. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the future. Thank you again, for making things happen for my family even though we were in west Virgina and my dad in Florida. We are all very grateful ❤️🙏

I use this company for my cremation of my dad back in 2019 and now I used them again for my mom 2025. Very good people very polite I will continue using them. Affordable as well. Their service also is very quick. They get to the point I like that Customer Service reps. Thank you again for caring

From the time Andrew came to pick my brother up till I went and picked up his ashes, I could not have asked for any nicer people to deal with this. It's my first time doing this and they were awesome

I had a very positive experience. I would highly recommend the services at this location. I was caring for my father’s arrangements and was from out of town. I called on a Sunday evening and got the answering service. I was then contacted that same night and we set up a time the following day to handle the affairs. All the individuals I had contact with were very helpful and handled things in a timely fashion. It was a very easy and simple process. They even checked in on me to see how I was doing. Very caring and honest people. Can’t thank them enough for their help and for making a difficult time easier.

Unfortunately, experienced a very quick passing. Things were moving very fast, completed all of the paperwork and had a verbal call confirming every question on the cremation aftercare form. When we finished reviewing the form, we asked the employee to go back to the requested fingerprint section and confirm that we did want them performed. At that time, he did while on speaker phone with the family. Myself, and my two adult daughters instantly had plans with matching tattoos and a collage in memory of my wife and their mother. At the time of pickup, we were informed that there was an oversight and that the task was not performed smashing our dreams of having a permanent lifelong memory of our loved one. Besides a very apologetic gentleman, I am very surprised they had me pay in full; obviously less the $25 fee of the fingerprints with no financial compensation due to their negligence.
