Craig is my favorite. He really saved my day. Worked with me to get my fur baby back to me so safe. My payment could go through, it was a user error, it’s fine now. 😂 He saved me and my twins from heartbreak. I would have been devastated to have no opportunity to have my keepsakes for my twins first dog. My dog got hurt in an accident and it wasn’t his fault. Our fault. Someone he trusted didn’t consider his safety. It’s not ok and we are forever empty. These items will give us something to hold when we miss him. It won’t fill our arms as much or be as soft but he will be with us and we won’t be too sad. Thank you Craig. I will never forget your efforts to get him back to me.

Losing our sweet baby, Chip, has been one of the hardest experiences of our lives, but West Coast Pet Memorial treated us, and Chip, with such compassion and dignity that it brought us so much peace during an unbearable time. From the moment we walked in, Alondra's customer service was beyond exceptional. She was patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. They handled Chip with such respect and treated him like he mattered, not just as a pet, but as a beloved family member. Alondra walked us through every step with kindness, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt supported the entire way. We are so grateful for the care, comfort, and love they showed us. Thank you for honoring our boy so beautifully. It meant more than words can say.

I loss my cane corso Milia 10.5 yrs old due to hemangio sarcoma spleen aggressive cancer which rupture on 10/15/25. I got to bring my baby back home today to join the rest of the fur babies on the shelf. They did a great job and very happy. My vet cadence vet hospital on east lake mead Henderson recommended them.

Yesterday we had to let go of my boy, Riley. My vet, Centennial Hills, performed the euthanasia and it was a very difficult decision. Now we are waiting for Riley’s cremains to be returned to us… please be kind to my puppy. When we receive Riley’s cremains, I will post another updated rating. Thank you.😢 Today I received Riley’s cremain package. Everything was perfectly presented. We are very pleased with the memory items and the cedar urn/box Riley’s cremains were contained. Thank you for your care and professionalism… Also thanks again to Ikyea for her timely responses to my emails.

This may be long so please bare with me. Pepper was my 17 year old chihuahua. Most of us say that our pets are so much more than animals, they are our fanily members but Pepper was also my right hand. Always by my side and I mean ALWAYS! When she was 8, she became my service dog for PTSD. I had 2 big dog purses that she went in to go everywhere with me. I had a basket on my bicycle, a special dog seat put in on my scooter, and she even had a dog bed in every room of the house. I had never owned a dog before Pepper. It was the best and saddest experience. Although I knew the day would come I was still very unprepared. When I left the vets office without her and just an empty purse I was crushed. West Coast made this hard experience so much easier for me. When they first called me they referred the Pepper as "my baby", not my pet or my dog and I absolutely LOVED that. West Coast was so kind and they made sure to tell me the entire process of cremation and what I would expect and when I would get my baby back with me. After I received Pepper's ashes I felt the hole in my heart get a little smaller. Having her back home with me (even in the form of ashes) has helped me heal. Thank you West Coast from the bottom of my broken heart!

I hardly leave any reviews. However, its safe to say I am impressed! I recently lost my soul dog and from the moment I called them, they were so nice and empathetic. The day we went to visit my dog, the room was beautifully decorated and they explained to us the whole process. This was the first time I experienced this. Thank you for helping us and helping my dog pogo.

They were the choice of our veterinarian team at LVVSC. They treated Wicket with the utmost respect and care, which gave us comfort during such a difficult time. The cremation process was handled with dignity, and we received his ashes in a beautiful urn that we will always cherish. We also opted to purchase clay paw prints and ink prints of his nose and paw. Although there was a small error in the spelling of Wicket’s name on the urn, the team responded quickly and with genuine empathy. They corrected it without hesitation and ensured we received a new urn right away. We are deeply grateful for the way West Coast Pet Memorial honored Wicket’s memory and supported us through our loss. Their heartfelt service truly made a difference, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone facing the loss of a cherished pet.
