We had a wonderful experience here. Chris was our funeral director and he a great job. No pressure tactics is getting things we did not need and gave us his suggestions when we asked. I was kind of a jerk during the process but was not treated that way by him. He has excellent patience and skills to deal with people like me. I really appreciated him. He was always on point and guided us in a very professional manner. He made a tough thing easy. They did exactly what we expected and more. I guess I’m rambling on now but if you are in a position to need his services do not hesitate. He will treat you with kindness and respect-probably more than I deserved. Thanks Chris— go see him and he will take his time to go through the process and take good care of you.

What a compassionate and professional team. Chris Gilbert took care of all of the details and walked us through the process following my wife's passing. It was a pretty tight turnaround from her death to her celebration of life. Chris met with us to understand our wishes, offer some nice options for the urn and engraving, and helped to ensure it would be ready by Saturday. Forever grateful.

Elizabeth and Chris were very compassionate and helpful. My husband's ashes were ready quickly and the box is beautiful. Chris gave me small bags of ashes for my children. But the best part of my experience with CSV was that we had arranged it after an informative luncheon, never thinking we would need it so soon. When my husband passed away at the hospital I was handed a folder and asked to choose a funeral home before I could leave. There is no way I could have managed that just minutes after loosing my soulmate. I handed them the CSV card and everything was taken care of. It was a blessing . My children have a copy of my card so they will be spared any hard decisions when my time comes. My husband's death was unexpected; don't put off making arrangements. And hug your loved ones every day.

My partner and I attended a luncheon sponsored by CSV and found it enlightening, informative and reassuring. Cori made everything clear in a very calming way. There was absolutely no sales pressure. We followed up with an appointment and I happily purchased a plan at a remarkably reasonable price. It is good to know my children will have these details secured when the time comes. Because my partner wanted to include options that CSV could not provide , Cori recommended another provider which has experience with his specific religious and cultural preferences. She was helpful and fortright, and her gentle, smiling behavior was uplifting, both at the group presentation and our individual appointment.

Going through a difficult time losing my father, however Clarence was very helpful and professional. I definitely give a 5 star review because my whole experience and process was very smooth and fast. Thank you all for the help of taking care of my father and getting him back to me in a timely manner.

I worked with Tuesdae and she was wonderfully responsive, professional, and compassionate. Even after I has received my father's ashes, she still quickly responded to email questions.
