Very respectful and the best prices and options we could find in northern Virginia. They allowed us to spend time with our dog in a private room before taking him to be cremated. We didn't purchase an urn. Even so, they placed the sealed plastic bag of ashes in a velvet bag with a drawstring which was very thoughtful. Thank you

Very disappointed in this company, or atleast their answering service after hours. My dog passed at home in the evening. When I called they basically said put my beloved pet in a garbage bag OR turn the AC down in the house and come at 9am. A realistic answer, sure, but absolutely lacking compassion when I just had to process the trauma of my dog's passing and final moments, now turning quickly into logisitics and making calls. Then sent a text message with "helpful information" that when you click the link it said "error: not found". I ended up going to a competitor willing to take my beloved dog after hours and they were nothing but compassionate.

Thank you guys for the care and love you showed our beautiful boy Ari. He was truly a beacon of unconditional love and am grateful for your compassion and gentleness throughout the entire process. Marissa was so kind and accepting. Thank you Heavenly Paws for cherishing our boy.

Great service even in those difficult times. The entire process was explained very good. Also they have a great selections of earns boxes, necklaces, key chains etc.. i highly recommend Heavenly Paws 🐾.

This is a really genuine , friendly and caring place to take your rainbow bridge furbaby. Not to mention, It is also a competitively affordable private cremation. Our girl passed at 7:30am last week. They opened at 9 I think, and said we could come right in. They were compassionate through the whole process. We didn’t wait long to process paperwork. We picked her up next day .
