Pet Cremation Services of Columbus

The work they did to help me during this extremely SAD time was EXCEPTIONAL.. they picked up our deceased pet from our vet's office and handled all details of the cremation with kindness and sympathy.. When we pick the cremation up the engraved wooden box was very nice. They included nose and paw print which was a very nice surprise. My wife made me a wonderful shadow box of my beloved dog LUCKY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Class act Thank you

I Want to say thank you for all you do for our fur babies. The people that work here are very nice. They gave me a time frame that they would be at my house to pick up my dog, King that passed at home. They put him on a stretcher and covered him up. I asked if we could get a set for each family member. They provided us with a nose print, paw print and even picked out all colors of his fur for us. We also got a death certificate. The urn is beautiful and very sturdy. There turn around time was very fast. The next day we were able to bring King home. This is hard and King wasn't just my dog, he was a family member. He loved car rides, vacationing with us, hanging out with our other animals and helping with all the foster animals i would bring home. He loved ice cream and walks on the beach. Thank you again for allowing me to bring my baby boy home. Everything is so lovely. ❤️ always in our hearts 💕

As horrible as the experience of losing my beloved pet cat was, the people at Pet Cremation Services of Columbus made it bearable. Everyone we spoke to was so kind and thoughtful, they have great options for ways to honor your pet and they are very good at what they do. The vets office that my cat was as tried to do paw and nose prints and they did not turn out very well, so I'm very glad to have the very nice professional nose and paw prints that PCSC did for us. Their kindness made me feel much more at peace about leaving my sweet Griffy with them for the last time. They didn't even seem to mind that I was a blubbering mess every time I spoke with them!

I’ve used Pet Cremation Services of Columbus twice now, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future. They’re incredibly caring and understanding, making the whole process so much easier to get through. They picked up my fur babies and kept me updated the whole time, letting me know when they were ready to come home. I was amazed that I got them back within a day, and they even offered to stay a little late so I could pick them up after work. I’ve recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so. Their texting service is a huge help, especially when making a call feels too hard to do. They even gave me the most perfect paw and nose prints that I'll treasure forever.

As a local veterinarian and pet parent, I have worked with several cremation services over the years. While they have all been great, Pet Cremation Services of Columbus has won my heart. They show such kindness and sympathy, and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with during some of the most difficult times of my life. They helped me a couple of years ago when our family lost our llama, and they went above and beyond when I lost my heart dog last month. I knew I wanted some special mementos to honor her, and their product selection is unrivaled and affordable. The cremains pendant I wanted was no longer available, but they special ordered a similar one for me. They kept me updated during the entire process-which was speedy-and answered my many questions. It is evident that they truly care about respecting and honoring the pets who have left us behind for bluer skies, and they do everything they can to make such a heartbreaking time in a pet parent’s life as smooth as possible. This is an absolutely wonderful group of people who have recently been such a blessing to me.

The staff at Pet Cremation Services was so helpful and supportive. Losing something that you love is always hard, and having supportive people in your corner to make it easier was helpful. THANK YOU for taking care of my baby Jewels and being very supportive and kind. I now have this to remember her by.

Twice Pet Cremation Services has lovingly cared for my girls. I call crying so hard and these ladies are so supportive and caring to the family during the time of loss. I will continue to use their services as long as I have furkids.
