Our dog, Rex passed unexpectedly. Schoedinger had a walk in service and a wonderful lady there to answer all our questions and she gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They have been very wonderful and respectful throughout this whole sad time for our family. I highly recommend them. ❤️

We lost our pup earlier this month and Schoedinger was great through the entire process. We decided to do a final goodbye and I am so glad we did because the ceremony was beautifully presented. We could tell that our baby was treated with compassion and love in her afterlife. When we received our dog's ashes and keepsakes, we were surprised by how much care was put into preparing everything especially how her fur clipping was beautifully preserved. Every communication I had with Schoedinger was easy and I could tell that they are truly animal lovers. Cornelius, their therapy bearded dragon, is also wonderful at providing comfort.

Very poor experience. We unfortunately lost our dog on January 16th at OSU unexpectedly and I have had to call in and check on our baby, there had been no communication on their behalf. As of today 3/3 we still don’t have our boy back. I was told he was in the Que last week - personally I could think of a few better ways to say that. Our dog was our kid and it’s difficult enough and this process has not been a great experience.

Everything was handled quickly, thoroughly and with empathy. My pet’s remains and keepsake was presented to me in a very lovely box full of additional information, a lock of his fur and follow up services available if wanted/needed. Thank you for helping me through this phase of my grief by helping me honor him.

The staff and services offered at Schoedinger Pet are wonderful. I've had two of my babies taken care by them. I couldn't thank them enough for all of the support. If you have the misfortune of the loss of your beloved pet, please look into their services. They are very caring and supportive during such a difficult time.

Schoedinger was compassionate and caring after I lost my beloved Leia. The graphic department designed a beautiful urn that highlighted her coloring. They communicated with me every step of the way. I fully expected a huge charge for service, but the cost was very reasonable. In grief, you are so vulnerable, but they didn’t take advantage. Their kindness will be in my heart, always,

I cannot say enough good things about Schoedinger Pets♥️ My 16 year old kitty Minnie passed away while I was visiting my family at Christmas in Canada. After a night spent on the phone with the vet who was trying to save her, I was distraught, but then remembered how Schoedinger took such good care of her sister Cleo the year before and called them right away to retrieve her from Medvet. I knew that they would treat her body with respect until I was able to get home. I could not believe the wonderful treatment she received and how she was laid out for me to see her one last time in a candlelit room, tucked into a blanket in a bed with a rose between her paws. The people at Schoedinger are so kind and thoughtful, they really helped me through the grieving process. They all hold a special place in my heart. Not only this, but they created beautiful hearts for a necklace out of my kitties’ ashes and memory beads for me to share with my son who originally brought them as kittens to me. They also help me to pick out beautiful urns ⚱️ I am so grateful for their caring staff who have kept in touch with me to ask how I’m doing and who understand the importance of pets to our lives. They feel like family to me💕
