Took my daughters partner in crime here. It was good but not for a good reason. They let US know what when where how an why. My daughter has had this 4 legged kids sense high-school an she is 28. It was hard. But the price was something we could actually afford an very nice to deal an help US out in a hard time. THANK YOU

During our sad time losing our sweet boy Memphis Eternal Paws and Ashley were absolutely wonderful. Very caring and went over everything. The paw and nose ink prints turned out amazing and they truly will be lasting memories for our family. They even reminded me about getting snips of his fur before we departed. Thank you so much ❤️ Side note: pricing was fair for everything that we packaged.

I would give them a million stars if I could. I called in Sunday a few hours after our boy passed away, and someone answered the phone within a few seconds. I was set up with an appointment and we headed that way. We were greeted by an amazing lady. I felt extremely comfortable leaving him there to be cremated. She was extremely compassionate and I felt she truly cared. The communication was perfect, and I just picked him up today. The paw prints are amazing. Professional, compassionate, priced extremely well. Thank you!

The Eternal Paws staff was extremely kind and compassionate during this difficult time. My fur baby was returned to me at the time promised, Along with a very nice sympathy, card and certificate of cremation guaranteeing I was returned my pets remains. Thank you for your services! ♥️

Our cat passed away just past midnight this morning and I called Eternal Paws at 8 a.m. Nathan answered the phone and was a joy to work with under the circumstances. Very easy to make an appointment for later that morning and walked me through the process. Met Ashley at noon. Both people were super wonderful to work with. This group of people are amazing. They are caring and patient. We have now used this service three times when our pet family has passed away. They treat the pet and the humans with respect and support. I will use this service anytime the need arises and would recommend them to anyone looking for a cremation service for their pet family.
