Well, I must say, I am very impressed, from the beginning to the end, the professional compassionate service that Neptune Society delivered. In the wee hours of the morning they were available. After a few weeks, they were available. They checked up on me out of genuine concern. The service they preformed caring for my deceased husband as he left home was gentle, respectful and gracious. It had been a challenge for me to make sure I’ve dotted all the I’d and crossed the T’s. Neptune did the majority of state required documentation along with additional information I had not considered. I appreciate each staff member I communicated with. They were kind focused and dedicated to the craft. I was compassionately carried by these good people. My husband’s remains arrived promptly and in tact. I am forever grateful. Jacqueline C.

We wanted to have a pre-paid plan for our cremation in place and not leave it up to our children to deal with when the time came. Gloria was knowledgeable, sensitive and articulate in her explanation of our options. The process was much easier than we expected. The Neptune society was very prompt in sending us information quickly and follow-up calls from Gloria were received in a timely fashion.

Spokane has handled both of my parents cremations. They were so kind and competent. They never made me feel like they were handling a contract. So much compassion when I needed it. I have recommended Neptune to multiple friends after my experience.

Neptune Society was a blessing. My father lives in a different town so handling his final arrangements could have been challenging but Neptune Society made this process so much easier. With just a phone call, they handled everything. They stayed in communication with me and made sure everything was being taken care of. Thank you Neptune Society.

I knew my mom’s end of life was coming soon and she hadn’t made pre-planned arrangements. I also knew I didn’t have much time to get this process going. I went into the Neptune Society on Monday morning asking for help. I didn’t have an appointment, and they were able to get the process going right away. Thank goodness they were able to help me that day, as my mom passed away on Saturday of the week I was at the Neptune Society. I would highly recommend the Neptune Society, they sure helped me out of a bind. They were friendly and helpful from the start to the finish. I would certainly use the Neptune Society for future arrangements.

From the moment that Lucas called me the b talk about my mom’s cremation he was very professional, and very caring. He talked to my family and I with respect.
